"Josephine Palo DiMatteo of Hanover, MD, formerly of Warminster, PA, died February 15, 2004. She was the loving wife of the late Anthony, beloved mother of Joseph DiMatteo and wife Catherine of Warminster, PA, and Teresa Ann Fendley and husband Bryant of Spartanburg, SC, dear sister of Mary Capozzi, Marlene Stevenson and the late Valentine Palo, Angelo Vassallo, Nicholas Vassallo and Michelena Palo, dearest grandmother of Anthony Pappas and wife Patricia, Kristina Garland and husband Gray, Michael Pappas and wife Laura, Mathew Fendley, Joseph DiMatteo and wife Tracey, Joanne Brown and Dean DiMatteo and wife Janet. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Leandro N. Angelone, Jr. Funeral Home, 1414 Easton Road, Roslyn, PA, 212-659-0202, and to her Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. Friday morning at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 611 Knowles Ave. (at 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA). Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA. There will be no viewing or services at the funeral home Friday morning, people are asked to go directly to the church for the Mass at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to Meals on Wheels Association of America, 1414 Prince St., Suite 302, Alexandria, VA 22314; or the Alzheimers Association, 225 N.
