Funeral services for George Ferguson, 74, widely known Kirklin township resident, who died at his home east of Kirklin at one o'clock Sunday evening, will be held at the Michigantown Christian church at 10 o'clock this morning, with Rev. D. O. Coy in charge.

Burial will be in the Oak Hill cemetery.

Mr. Ferguson died of paralysis following an illness of about four months.

He was born November 19, 1857, a son of Jackson and Hannah Ferguson. He married Anna Wallace April 20, 1897. He was a member of the Michigantown Christian Church.

Surviving him are the widow; one son, Lester Ferguson, three daughters, Mrs. Frank Mullikin, Mrs. Dorothy Pitzer of Kirklin, Mrs. Blanche Hollingsworth of Indianapolis; one sister, Mrs. Edith Sims; two half-brothers, Isaac Thompson of Kirklin and Samuel Ferguson of Sheridan; and one half-sister, Mrs. Francis Campbell, also survive him.
