Belinda Sue Heiman, age 57 of Farragut, IA died Monday, January 28, 2013 at the Shenandoah Medical Center unexpectedly.

Belinda was born October 23, 1955 in Hamburg, IA to Floyd "Bill" Everett Ball and Donna (Curtis) Ball.

Belinda grew up in Bartlett, IA and attended Fremont-Mills School.

After graduation in 1974, she was employed by the Glenwood Resource Center as a Resident Treatment Worker.

She enjoyed 31 and a half years of service before health problems forced her into early retirement.

Belinda was married to Alan Ray Heiman on September 10, 1983.

They enjoyed auctions, traveling and family. Many evenings were spent at Sapp Brothers Truck Stop making conversation with some of their favorite people.

Belinda was a kind and giving person that always made sure her family and friends were given loving care. Her dog, Curtis was very special to her and she was greatly loved by her husband, Al.

Belinda was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived her husband, Al Heiman of Farragut, IA; mother, Donna Ball of Glenwood, IA; brother, Allen Ball and wife Jackie of Glenwood; sister, Tammy Oswald and husband Sammy of Silver City, IA; sister-in-law, Carolyn Heiman-Smith of Thurman, IA; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
