AINSLIE J. ADAM
Aonslie J. Adam, in the parcel post depart-
ment of the Orillia Post Office the past five years, died suddenly at his home, 42 William Street on Tuseday afternoon. He had been
at work as usual in the morning and returned home at noon. Feeling ill, he lay down after dinner. A physician was called, but death due to acute thrombosis, followed in a few minutes.
Mr. adam was born at Rugby, Oro, 54 years ago. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James B. Adam. His father died when he was four years old and while he was still a boy going to public school, he moved with his mother to Orillia, where he attended the West Ward school. his mother's maiden name was Euphemia Robertson.
About the year 1909, he went West and spent some years in Saskatchewan, with his brother Andrew Adam, who died in Davidson, Saskat-
chewan,in 1928. Since 1917, Mr. Adam has lved and worked in Orillia continuously. He was married 13 years ago to Blanche Muriel Montgomery, of Severn Bridge.
Surviving besideshis wife are four children, Wesley John, James Bain, Jean Marie and Bruce Andrew, and six sisters, Mrs. Wiliam I. Clarke; Mrs. J.J. McDaniel, of Imperial Sasakatchewan,; Mrs. George Scott of Orillia; Mrs. james Johnston of Davidson, Saskatchewan; Mrs. Allen Ramsey, and mrs. Russell Harvie of the Township of Orillia.
The funeral was held on Saturday afternoon, with services by the Rev. J.A. MacInnis at Doolittle.s funeral parlour. The pallbearers were three nephews, Lorne and Lloyd Scott; Gordon Clark; and three brothers-in-law, Charles , Howard and Chester Montgomery Interrment was in St. Andrew's cemetery.
The floral tributes were many and Beautiful.
