Vilda Parker Chivers , adored wife, mother and grandmother, passed away November 4, 1995 in Santa Barbara, Calif., due to complications following surgery for cancer.
Vilda was born in Salt Lake City, August 1, 1922 to James Slack Parker and Malinda Watson Parker. She married her sweetheart, Floyd G. Chivers , January 24, 1946, and thereafter spent 49 joyous years together, being blessed with seven adoring children.
