Funeral services for MRS. BLANCHE LEE SELLERS, 66, lay leader of Satilla Baptist Church, were held Friday afternoon from that church where she was a charter member and had taught Sunday school classes for 40 years.
Services were conducted by Rev. T. P. Whitfield, Rev. J. R. Bowen and Rev. Cecil Thomas. Interment was in the church cemetery. Strickland Funeral Home was in charge.
The widow of James Washington Sellers, she was born in Banks County, GA.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. O. L. Mobley and Mrs. O. M. Miles; 2 brothers, Jim Poole of Texas and Freeman Poole of Toccoa, GA; 1 sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Martin of North Carolina; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
