Frank was born and raised in Youngstown.
He enlisted in the Marines 3 April 1952,at the
Cleveland Recruiting Office.Frank served in
the Korean War.
Frank arrived in Vietnam 20 July 1966 and was assigned to CACO Echo,2nd CAG,Combined Action III MAF.
To extend his tour in Vietnam he enlisted 23
July 1967 in Danang,RVN
Frank died from a gunshot wound to the chest
from rifle fire when Echo-4 Reactionary Forces
engagement with enemy forces,west of Lo
Giang (1),5 kilometers south southeast of
Frank was single and served his country for 15
Survived by his brother;Raymond Ramos of
1303 Pennyslvania Ave,Monaca,PA.
His mother;Jennie Roszler of 528 Midland Ave,
Blalken Hotel #12,Midland,PA,and his sister;
Ramona Gonzales of 419 Otis Ave,Midland,PA.
A girlfriend;Lila F Allen of 293 Eastwood Dr,
His father;Frank Ramos Sr,deceased.
