Keith Le Roy Lippencott, 22 years, of Fairmont, W. Va., R. D. 3, formerly of Greene County, was electrocuted Tuesday, March 28, 1961, as he was connecting his trailer to the power source in a trailer park. He was a son of Ralph Lippencott of Fairmont, W. Va., and Allene Basinger Lippencott of Waynesburg, and was born March 3, 1939, at Jefferson. He had resided most of his life in the Waynesburg community and was a member of the First Christian Church. Mr. Lippencott served three years in Company K, 28th Division, 110th Infantry, Pennsylvania National Guard. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose at Princeton, W. Va., and was employed as a carpenter by the Roberts and Schaffer Construction Company of Chicago, Ill. Surviving are his parents; his wife, Josephine Phillips Lippencott; two sons, LeRoy and Mark, of Fairmont, R. D. 3; two sisters, Sarah, wife of Fred Hartzell of Painesville, Ohio; and Shirley, wife of Roy Davis of Lorain, Ohio; one brother, William Lippencott of the United States Air Force at Kirksville, Mo., and his maternal grandfather, Morgan Basinger of Waynesburg. One brother is deceased.
