She Passed Away at Her Home in Wallace Thursday Afternoon.
Mrs. Villa Shoaf, wife of Dee Shoaf of Wallace, died Thursday afternoon shortly after three of congestion of the bowels. She was the mother of Miss Ura Shoaf who was voted to be the prettiest girl in Indiana a year or so ago when the Indianapolis Star was conducting a contest.
Mrs. Shoaf was the daughter of Mr. A.B. Wilkinson of Waynetown, and a sister of Ira Wilkinson and Clint Wilkinson of Wallace and Earl Wilkinson of Waynetown. She was a woman of rare personal charm and made friends of all she met.
The funeral was held Sunday morning at 10 o'clock at the Lutheran church near Wallace
