August F. Mischka
Amherst-August F. Mischka, 79, was found dead yesterday morning by his daughter, Mrs. Alice M. Horvath, in his home, 122 Forest St., where he lived alone Lorain County Coroner. Paul J. Kopsch said death was due to natural causes.
Mr. Mischka was born Oct. 4, 1882 in Amherst Township and had lived in the community all his life. He was formerly employed as a butcher a the Mischka Meat Market in Amherst, retiring in 1950. He was a member of St. Peter United Church of Christ.
Survivors besides the daughter and five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and two brothers, Paul of Amherst and Harry of Elyria.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the Emmerick Funeral Home. The Rev. Guy J. Moyer will officiate. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. The casket will remain closed.
