Marvin Charles McGuire, Sr., 80, of Sturgeon Lake, died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at his home. He was born September 26, 1931 in Little Falls to John and Maudie (Garin) McGuire. Marvin cherished spending time with his family and friends.
Marvin is preceded in death by his parents; 3 sisters, Fae Thomala, Marjorie Krause and Alice Murphy; 4 brothers, Glenn, Ray, Cecil and John.
Marvin is survived by his children, Terrie (Johnny) Johnson, Kelli Erving and Marvin McGuire, II and their mother, Patricia McGuire; his companion, Dorothy Thomas and her family; sister, Louise Abernathy; grandchildren, Scott (Amanda) Johnson, Blake Johnson, Grant Johnson, Kennedy Johnson, Jasmine Erving, Marissa McGuire, Chelsea McGuire and Lauryn McGuire; great grandchildren, Stella Johnson, Kenlie Johnson and Jaxson Yates; many nieces, nephews and friends
