Funeral services for Charles Marlow Morgan, 49, a former woodworking instructor, at the Tacoma Vocational School, will be held at 10 o'clock tomorrow in Forkner's Chapel. Burial will be in Calvary.
Mr. Morgan died Wednesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Robert C. Canfield, 5200 37th Avenue NE. Mr. Morgan left Tacoma last October to teach in Thailand but became ill while on the way there and returned. He had taught at Tacoma about six years. Before that he had resided in Bremerton.
Mr. Morgan was born in Hoquiam. He was graduated from the Western Washington College of Education. He taught also at Kelso and Ridgefield, Clark County, before he came to Seattle.
Surviving besides Mrs. Canfield are his wife, Ann; four other daughters, Mrs. Warren C. Lowe, Kelso; Mrs. Gordon Belaire, Chehalis; Mrs. Kenneth Teeple, Cheyenne, Wyo., and Mrs. James T. Bow, Portland; a son, Charles Morgan, Jr., Tacoma and two brothers, Dr. William L. Morgan, Hermiston, Oregon, and Frank Morgan, Roseburg, Oregon.
