Billie Johnston, 73, of Corsicana passed away Monday, Jan. 23, 2006, at Navarro Regional Hospital.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Griffin-Roughton Chapel with the Rev. James Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Eureka Cemetery.
Mrs. Johnston was born Feb. 24, 1932, in Chatfield to Will McConnell and Ollie Hyden McConnell. She was a member of Northside Assembly of God Church. She was a homemaker. She loved her family, grandchildren, friends and her animals.
She was preceded in death by her stepdaughter, Virginia Johnston Montfort.
Survivors include her husband, G.W. Johnston Jr. of Corsicana; daughter, Linda Hardin of Corsicana; son, Ricky Kelly of Corsicana; stepdaughter, Beth Niedringhaus of Palmer; grandchildren, Kristina Kelly of San Antonio, Callie Jakubic of Waxahachie, Cathlyn Collier of Palmer, Mark Montfort of Corsicana and Mason Montfort of Corsicana; and great-grandchildren, Dakota Estein and Savanna Estein.
