She was preceded in death by her husbands, Wayne Leigh, and Howard Millsaps; daughter, Krystal Millsaps; infant granddaughter, Krystal Rae Webber; stepson, Buddy Millsaps; parents, Raymond and Geneva Bowers Curtis; infant brother, Clifford Curtis; brothers, Howard, and Harrell Curtis.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Leigh Webber; son, Matthew Millsaps; granddaughters, Kayla Webber, Nichole, and Ashlee Millsaps; grandsons, Wesley Webber, Justin Millsaps, Scott Killbrew; sisters, Vssie Grindstaff, Ruth Dailey; stepchildren, Susan, Timmy, Tommy, and Mike.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 3, 2013, at Liberty Christian Church Cemetery on Montvale Road. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home in Maryville.
