"JOSEPH RANDALL DIES
Manufacturer Passes Away in His Seventy-sixth Year
Joseph Randall, a mem=ber of the firm of J. Randall & Company, woolen yarn manufacturers , on Sharpnack street, died yesterday at his home, at 116 East Upsall street, Germantown. He was 75 years of age.
Mr. Randall was born in Norristown and started in the wool business with his father. In 1856 he formed the firm of wh=ich he became the head. He served in the Civil War as lieutenant in the Twentieth Pennsylvania Volunteers.
He belonged to Mitchel Lodge, No. 206, F. and A. M.; Philadelphia Commandery, No. 2, K. T.; Walker Lodge, No. 306, I. O. O. F., and Germantown Lodge, No. 38, K. of P. Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock Saturday morning at his late home.
