CAHN, AVERY JAMES TROY - Avery James Cahn, age 21 months, died January 7, 2012 in Troy, NY.

Avery is survived by his parents, Shannon Pozniakas and Matthew Cahn and by his brothers, William and Ethan. Avery is also survived by grandparents, James Stickelmyer, Ellsworth Cahn and Mary and Rick Ryther ; Aunts Jaime, Kayla and Ariel and Uncle Sam. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Susan Stickelmyer and his aunt, Jennifer. Avery was an exuberant and happy little boy who enjoyed music and loved to dance. He delighted in making animal sounds, and his favorite word was "more". He loved his friends and teachers at daycare and at church. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A service of Witness to the Resurrection will be held on Thursday, January 12, at noon from the First Presbyterian Church, 362 State Street in Albany (corner of Willett Street). The internment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands. Those who wish may make a contribution to the First Presbyterian Church in honor of Avery.
