Margaret Puls Buried In German Cemetery

Margaret Amanda Marie Puls died on August 12 after being ill in the Blair Hospital for six weeks.

She was born August 4, 1904 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Puls on a farm near Bennington. She was baptized in 1920 in the St. John's Lutheran Church. For the past 24 years she had been employed at the Gordon Grocery Store in Bennington.

Survivors are a brother Fred of Bennington; three sisters, Mrs. Charles (Hulda) Wrich of Blair, Mrs. Gene (Anna) Ferguson of Omaha and Mrs. Alvin Wulf (Lillie) of Kennard.

Services were held at the St. John's Lutheran Church on August 15th. The Rev. Norman Schroeder officiated. The Hadan-Golden Mortuary in Bennington was in charge and burial was in the German Cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers were Roy Gordon, Hans Neumeyer, Arthur Dornacker, C.W. Haden, Dr. C.W. Hickey and Harold Roe. Active pallbearers were Carl Puls, Gene and Leland Bunz, Ronald and Roger Wulf and Delbert Braesch.
