Norma Winslow Ange, 80, of 4017 Timmerman Drive, Elizabeth City, died Saturday, December 22, 2012 at her home. Born in Perquimans County, she was the daughter of the late Elisha and Elsie Winslow and was the wife of Carlie E. Ange. Mrs. Ange was a member of First Baptist Church. She had worked at Albemarle Hospital for a number of years in medical records. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Ange is survived by two sons, Keith White, and wife Cindy of Yorktown, Va. and David Ange, and wife Suzie of Camden; a sister, Daphne Winslow Jackson of Appomattox, Va.; a grandson, Jordan Ange; and a special niece, Cindy Ranson of Appomattox, Va. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Elaine White Whitley. A funeral service will take place Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Twiford's Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Christopher Ingram officiating. Burial will be in the Up River Friends Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the service; immediately following the service in the lobby of the funeral home; and at other times at the residence. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society Relay For Life Pasquotank County, 930B Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.
