Ralph "Shug" Jordan
Original name: James Ralph Jordan
Birth: Sep. 25, 1910
Death: Jul. 17, 1980

Auburn's winningest football coach with 177 victories. He was coach from 1951-1975. He coached a Heisman Trophy winner in Pat Sullivan (1971) and an Outland Trophy winner in Zeke Smith (1958). His 1957 team won the national championship.
