TEMPE, Ariz. - Opal Genevieve Smith, 90 years, entered into heaven on Sept. 11, 2012. She was born Oct. 2, 1921, in Agency, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Porter and her daughter, Helen. Surviving children are: Sue Camasta, Daryl Smith, Carroll Smith, Joyce Anderson, Candice Smith and Ginger Henderson. Also, her siblings: Frank Noland, Nadine Searcy, Dixie Elliott, Lillie Buller, Larry Noland, Norma Sill and Sandy Lillard. She leaves 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Her 90 years of living were spent in loving and giving with all her heart. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Heart Association.

A joint graveside service for Opal, and her husband, Eugene Porter Smith (d. May 17, 2003), will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at the Agency, Mo. Cemetery, with Rev. Darla Swope officiating.
Immediately following, a celebration of life will be held at the Agency, Mo. Community Center.
Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
