Es starb am 21. Juli 1904, 6 Uhr Abends, Pius Schamberger in seinem 71. Lebensjahre. Die Beerdigung findet Montag, Morgens um 8 Uhr, von seiner letzten wohnung, Nr. 216, Emory-Straße, aus nach der St. Alphonsus Kirche, woselbst eine Requiem Hochmesse für seine Seelenruhe celebrirt wird, und dann auf dem "Hl. Erlöser Friedhofe" statt.

ruff translation to English:
died on July 21, 1904, 6 clock in the evening, Pius Schamberger in his 71st year of life. The funeral will be held Monday morning at 8 o'clock, from his last apartment, no. 216, Emory Street, after to the St. Alphonsus Church, where a Requiem High Mass for his peace of mind is celebrated, and then on to the "Holy. Redeemer cemetery".
