W. Benson Justice, 85 of Buford, GA, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2012. Mr. Justice is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Louise Moore Justice; Son, Dwight Justice and his wife Tammie of Cumming, GA; daughter, Melody Justice and her husband Gary Loveday of Atlanta; granddaughters, Tiffany Dyer and her husband Jeremy and Lauren Justice; brother, Jay Justice and his wife Norma; sister; Mary Sue Edwards and her husband Andrew as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Mr. Justice was born in Young Harris, GA. He worked for Genesco Shoe Company for 24 years and retired from AT&T Lucent Technologies, after 20 years of service. He was active for many years in the Yellow River Baptist Church serving as a Deacon, he loved gardening and farming. A Funeral service celebrating the life of Benson Justice will be held in the chapel of Tom M. Wages Funeral Home on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ivan Bagby officiating, interment will follow at Friendship Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
