ALVEY, ERIK R. 33, of Louisville, passed away Friday, June 1, 2007 at his residence. He was employed by Ford, was a Navy veteran, a member of Crescent Hill Masonic Lodge #456, UAW Local 862, and Okolona Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Mae Ruth Waters. Survivors include his wife, Karla Alvey; his son, Zackary; his mother, Evelyn Wright; his father, Harvey Alvey; his sister, Kimberly Chiszar; extended family, Mary Pohl and her son, Bryan Pohl; and his grandmother, Julia Alvey; as well as other relatives and many friends. Services will be held at noon on Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home, with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Saturday, and from noon-8 p.m. on Sunday
