A professor at the University of Pennsylvania Design, he designed the Pan American Union Building in Washington D.C., the Tower at the University of Texas (plus numerous other buildings on the campus), the Benjamin Franklin Bridge that spans from New Jersey to Philadelphia, and numerous American War memorials in Europe.
