Obituary for Eddie D. "Bones" CraftEddie D. "Bones" Craft age 64 of Abbeville, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 8th in the Cannonville Baptist Church. Reverend Chuck Taylor, Reverend Talmadge Wilcox and Reverend Jim Faircloth will officiate. Interment will be in the family plot in the Cannonville Cemetery with Military Honors.

Mr. Craft was born on February 1, 1948 in Abbeville. He was son of the late Walter Craft and Vanez Jones Craft. He was a farmer and member of the Wilcox County American Legion Post #71. He was a Baptist and served his country with honor in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.

Survivors include: brother-Marlin (Julie) Craft of Abbeville, sisters-Larue (Charles) Holmes of Hawkinsville and Sheila (Ron) Tanner of Abbeville, several nieces and nephews also survive

Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Friday, December 7th in the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Lanier Keene, Jack Walker, Greg Keene, Johnny Williams, Freddie Murphy and William Dozier.

Charlotte Rustin will play prelude and postlude. Charles Fisher will sing "Precious Memories" and "Stroll Over Heaven" and Clay Holmes will sing "Go Rest High on That Mountain".

Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
