Birth: Feb., 1866, Italy
Death: May 20, 1907
Lambertville
Hunterdon County
New Jersey, USA

Delia's maiden name is unknown.

She married Frank Congilio, and they had at least five children: Louis (year unknown), Paul Francis in 1896, Rosina (Rose) in 1897, Victoria about 1900 and Josephine about 1902.

She was murdered by Michael Tomasi. He said it was because of her threats over $1 non-payment of lodging; as she was dying, she said it was because she refused his demand that she leave her family to run away with him.

Having been left motherless at a young age, the three girls ended up in St. Michael's Orphanage in Hopewell Twp., Mercer Co., New Jersey until their father could reclaim them when they were a bit older.
