He was 68 years of age and for eleven years had been a resident of this city. He is survived by his bereaved widow, his aged mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Paulus, of Kearney, and one sister, Mrs. Anna Larmer, also of Kearney, all of whom were at his bed when the end came. Funeral services will be held on Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the home, Rev. A. A. Smith, of the Presbyterian church, officiating. Burial will take place in the Grand Island cemetery.
