Tommy Ellis, age 70 of New Market, passed away December 3, 2012 at his residence. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Walter Ellis; brother, Laymon Ellis and sister, Judy Ellis. He is survived by fiancé, Shirley Dalton; stepson, Johnny Dalton; sisters, Carolyn Hensley and Janie Ellis. Funeral service will be Friday, December 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM Friday prior to the service. Rev. Terry Henry will officiate. Interment will follow in Little Valley Cemetery.
