Sacred to the memory of the REV. WM. GRAHAM, founder and twenty years rector of Washington Academy in Rockbridge County, Virginia, who was born in the State of Pennsylvania, December 19th, 1746, and died in the City of Richmond, June 17th, 1799. He was distinguished for the strength and originality of his genius and the successful tenor of his exertions in behalf of solid literature and evangelical piety.
