Final Statement of Henry Miller of Captain George S. Anderson’s Troop "I" of the Sixth Regiment of Cavalry, born in Cologne in the state of Prussia aged (at enlistment) 39 years, 5 feet 7 inches high, fair complexion, blue eyes, light hair, and by occupation a Soldier, was enlisted by Lieut Craig at Fort Wingate N. M. on the 16th day of February, eighteen hundred and ninety, to serve for 6 years, who is now entitled to a discharge by reason of Death, “acute hepititis” contracted in the line of duty.
