Claire M. (Pimentel) Garry FRAMINGHAM Claire M. Nana (Pimentel) Garry, 78 of Framingham died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009 at the Riverbend Convalescent Center in South Natick. She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Garry, her best friend and loving husband of 56 years. Born in Plymouth on August 23, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Ruprecht) Pimentel, raised in Ashland and graduated from Ashland High. She was a full time homemaker and the proud mother of seven children. She spent her early years managing a catering business at the Roxbury Carpet Company, and later ran T&C Cleaners with her husband Tom prior to their retirement in 1998. She leaves four sons Thomas Jr. (and Laurie); Joseph (and Carol); Richard (and the late Denise); and Steven (and Joanne); two daughters Kathleen (and Clifford) and Eileen; four sisters Beatrice Gannon; Mary Ann Iarussi; Eleanor Connolly; and Carol Wakefield; one brother Richard Pimentel; eleven grandchildren; a great grandson; many nieces and nephews; and many friends, especially the members of the McDonald's Breakfast Club. She was the mother of the late Maureen Gemma and sister of the late Joseph and William Pimentel. Calling hours at the McCarthy & Sons Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St., Framingham, are Friday, October 23, 4 to 8pm. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, October 24, at 10am, at St. Stephen's Church 251 Concord St. Burial will follow in St. Stephen's Cemetery, Framingham.
