He retired from playing hockey after the 1951 to 1952 season with the Calgary Stampeders of the PCHL with a scoring record of 14 goals, 34 assists, and 48 points in 64 games, but came back to play for another year from 1953 to 1954 with the Oshawa Truckmen of the OIHA. He passed away in Bowmanville, Ontario, at the age of 64. (bio by: K)
