Henry Krieger, 3727 N.E. Grand Avenue, died Thursday at the home of his daughter in Vancouver, Wash. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Little Chapel of the Chimes with interment at Riverview cemetery.

Mr. Krieger, who was born July 30, 1865, in Norka, Russia, came to the United States 61 years ago and to Portland in 1893. He was employed by the Knight Packing company for 40 years and was a charter member of the Ebenezer German Congregational church.

Surviving are five daughters, Christine Fell, Elizabeth Vaughn, both of Vancouver, Wash.; Anna Marie Elliott, Pillar Rock, Wash.; Pauline Monroe, College Place, Wash.; Amelia Were, Sherwood; two brothers, Adam of Portland, and John of Seattle; 19 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

He married (1) Catharina Maria Scheidemann, daughter of Adam Scheidemann and Christina Sinner, January 27, 1887 in Norka Colony, Saratov, Russia. She was born November 18, 1863 in Norka Colony, Saratov, Russia, and died December 19, 1895 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon. He married (2) Catharina (Katherine) Elisabeth Krieger, daughter of Johannes Krieger and Catharina Helzer, July 31, 1898 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon. She was born July 23, 1864 in Norka Colony, Saratov, Russia, and died January 21, 1951 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon.

*Elisabeth Ritchery Krieger, born August 16, 1889 in Norka Colony, Saratov, Russia; died 1980. She married (1) Sam Hanlin Abt. 1910; born Abt. 1889. She married (2) Leo Vaughn December 8, 1914 in Cathlamet, Wahkiakum, Washington; born Abt. 1890.

*Anna Maria Krieger, born February 2, 1892 in Grand Island, Hall, Nebraska; died January 10, 1980 in Long Beach, Pacific, Washington. Burial: Warrenton, Oregon. She married Charles Green Elliott May 29, 1908 in Altoona, Wahkiakum, Washington. He was born April 14, 1871 in Rainier, Clatsop, Oregon.
