Hattie Houston Agnor Nicely, 87, of Lexington, died Saturday, Dec. 8, in Stonewall Jackson Hospital. Mrs. Nicely was married to the late Guy C. Nicely. She was born on September 12, 1897, in Rockbridge County, the daughter of the late Samuel Agnor and Emma Cummings Agnor. She was a member of the Collierstown Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy McKenna of College Park, Md., Mrs. Louise Markham of Roanoke; and Mrs. Ruth Manley of Millington, Md.; four sons, Guy C. Nicely Jr., Paul W. Nicely, Kenton L. Nicely, all of Lexington, and Ovie Nicely of Buena Vista; twenty grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren.

The Rev. David Washburn and the Rev. Kenneth Leonard conducted the funeral at Harrison's Funeral Home at 2 p.m. today. Burial followed in Oxford Presbyterian Cemetery.
