Margaret F. Eagle, a homemaker, died Wednesday, July 19, 2000, at home in Fairview Village. She was 85.

Mrs. Eagle was a member of the Lower Providence Presbyterian Church, where she was president of the Sunday school class and the Helping Hand Class. She was also a member of the Pottstown Gideon Club.

Born Feb 22, 1915 in Rex, Ga., she was a daughter of the late Alfred A. and Mattie Lou (Snead) Dease.

Surviving are her husband, Paul F. Eagle, four sons, Gerald Roland toney, of Horsham, John Roy toney of Loganville, Ga., Paul David of Phoenixville and Glenn Wilbert Erb of Pennsburg; three daughters, Marvelle DiNofrio of Belle Aire, Mich., Annabelle Ferraro of Spring City, and Sabrina Greer (sic, should be Tamson Sabina Greer), of Phoenixville; 22 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Loretta Branan of McDonough, Ga.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lower Providence Presbyterian Church, 3050 W. Ridge Pike, Eagleville, Pa. 19403. The Rev. Samuel J. Seymour will officiate.

Burial will be in the Lower Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Eagleville.

Friends may call from 10 to 10:50 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Lower Providence Presbyterian Church at the above address.
