She was born April 5, 1936 at Perry County to the late Grover and Birtha Sanders Alverson. She was a Christian and loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include several children; grandchildren; nieces; nephews and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, November 30, 2012 at Birta Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at the cemetery prior to the service.
