Ruth was born 7 August 1922 in North Ogden, Utah, the daughter of Orson Le Roy and Nancy Alice Blodgett Taylor. She enjoyed her childhood and had many good childhood friends and family with whom she played and went to school. She was in the first class to attend and graduate from the "new" Ogden High School on Harrison Blvd. in 1940.
She met Paul Fink when he stayed with his relatives across the street, they were married March 6, 1942. She loved most being a mother of her six children, and then her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She and Paul lived in many homes in Ogden, Arimo, Salt Lake, Bountiful, Layton, Montana, California, then back to Arimo, Idaho. Ruth considered Arimo her "home" – and loved her many friends from there.
Funeral Services will be held at 1PM on Monday, November 26, 2012 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. where friends may call prior to the service from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
