Charles C. Wright, the son of John Wright, was born on June 7, 1846 in Garrett County (then a portion of Allegany County) Maryland. At the age of 68 he died on June 15, 1914 in Greenville Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania due to carcinoma (cancer) of the prostrate gland. He was buried by Durst Funeral Home in Frostburg Cemetery, Frostburg, Maryland. Charles was married to Margaret Cooper on March 29, 1871 in Cumberland, Allegany County, Maryland. Margaret was born on May 7, 1851 in England and she died on October 17, 1914 at the age of 63 in Greenville Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Insanity due to "cerebo mistitis" was listed as her cause of death on the death certificate. She was buried beside her husband by the Durst Funeral Home. In her estate folder at the Somerset County Courthouse, Somerset, Pennsylvania, there are documents that attest on October 12, 1914 to a hearing which declared wife Margaret Wright incapable of handling her affairs.
