Mr. Stephen Alfred Johnson, 35, resident of Denver City, passed away at Denver City, Tuesday, April 24.
Mr. Johnson was born December 27, 1948 in Brownwood, attended school in Jal and graduated from Jal High School. He was employed as a plant attendant for El Paso Natural Gas Company.
Surviving him is his wife, Johnnie Sheryl Johnson, one son, Stephen Johnson Jr., and one daughter, Debbie Lynn Johnson, all of Denver City; his mother, Mary Lee Rainbolt of Bloomfield; one sister, Linda Carey of Farmington, one brother, Pete Johnson, of Fort Worth, his parents-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. D. H. Brownlee of Logan and other relatives.
Graveside funeral services for Mr. Johnson were conducted in Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery on Thursday, April 26 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. William R. Tucker, Minister of the First Christian Church of Tucumcari officiating at the graveside services.
Bruial was in Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery.
