She and her husband, Don Neely, lived in the Urbana area near here before moving to Erie in 1976.
Mrs. Neely was born on July 20, 1916 at Elsmore, to Mr. and Mrs. David F. Brown. She and Neely were married on Nov. 24, 1943, at Marysville, Washington. They lived at Everett, Washington for three years, moving then to Salinas, California, where they lived for three years before moving to Urbana.
Among survivors are her husband of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Prosser and Mrs. Connie Trumbull, and a son, Roger, her parents and five grandchildren, all of Chanute; four sisters, Mrs. Bessie Hansen of El Cerito, Calif., Mrs. Grace Harris of Aberdeen, Ida., Mrs. Doris Tinsley and Mrs. Alice Splane, both of Chanute; and five brothers, Edward Brown of Chanute, Martin, Arnold and George Brown, living in California, and Dale, in Nebraska.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Shaw Christian Church, where she was a member, conducted by the Rev. Norman Rogers. Burial will be in New East Hill Cemetery near Erie.
Mrs. Neely's other memberships were in the American Legion Auziliary and the Royal Neighbors of America.

Her maternal grandmother was Sophia Marilla (Hall) Fitzmarice, so Martha's was probably spelled that same. [niece Mary Dunn]
