• Elizabeth Caroline GEORGE (1829-1893, her father was French - she married George W. WRIGHT in 1865 and had three children by him by 1880).
Georgia Death Certificate: Louis L. CARSWELL was born the 10th [sic] of November, 1847 in Savannah, Georgia [sic] to Wm. A. CARSWELL, who was also born in Savannah [sic], and Elizabeth GEORGE, who was born in France [sic]. He was retired, a resident of 1706 Abercorn Street, was married to Mary A. CARSWELL; he died at home, at the age of 72, with burial in Laurel Grove. The informant for his death certificate was [his son, Jr.] L. L. CARSWELL of the same address.
Abstract from Laurel Grove Cemetery Keepers Book: Louis L. CARSWELL died the 4th of September, 1923, and was buried the same day in Lot 2064. He was a native of Georgia, aged 75 years, 2 months and 7 days, and a resident of 1706 Abercorn Street.
