Marion Reynolds Conner, 88, of East Lake Road, Skaneateles, died March 8, 1999 at Auburn Memorial Hospital. She was born in Brooklyn, Pa and had lived in Skaneateles since 1958. She attended Montrose High School, Pa and Mansfield State Teachers College. She has formerly taught school in Brooklyn, Pa. Mrs Conner was a member, former deacon and elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Skaneateles, past president of the Church Women United and the Women's Association of the Presbyterian Church, former board member of Westminister Manor and Presbyterian Manor, former member of the Skaneateles Garden Club, F I S H, and the East Lake Road Association. She was predeceased by her husband, George W Conner, Sr, who died Jan 9, 1982 Surviving are two daughters, Nancy Bruce of Cleveland, Ohio and Sally Lincoln of East Aurora; two sons, George W Conner Jr of Montrose Pa and William R Conner of Oak Park, Ill, and eight grandchildren. A memorial service was held at the First Presbyterian Church of Skaneateles. Burial was in East Bridgewater Cemetery, Montrose, Pa. Calling hours were held in Dobson Hall. Arrangements by the B L Bush and Sons Funeral Home, 77 E Genesee St, Skaneateles.
