Ethel Dorothy Cave

KEMPNER ? Graveside services for Ethel Dorothy Baker Cave, 90, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at West Lawn Memorial Park in Eugene, Ore.

Mrs. Cave died Oct. 28, 2004, at her home.

She was born in Morris, Okla., the daughter of the late William Franklin and Nora Thompson Baker.

Her family moved to Oregon from Oklahoma when she was 9 years old. She had lived most of her life around Springfield, Ore., before moving to Texas in 1996 to be close to family.

Mrs. Cave was a homemaker, who enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with her husband of 56 years.

Survivors include two daughters, June M. Grimm of Olympia, Wash., and Joyce Kloehn of Ward Cove, Alaska; a brother, Roy Baker of Sandy, Ore.; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Cave was also preceded in death by her husband, Lewis J. Cave and most of her brothers and sisters.

Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove is in charge of local arrangements.
