|Birth: ||Mar. 21, 1875|
|Death: ||Mar. 18, 1909|
On March 18, 1909, at the home of her father, Addison F. Callison on Ten Mile, occurred the death of Mrs. Mary M. "Maggie" Terry, after a lingering illness with tuberculosis. The funeral services were held the next afternoon, with Rev. J. H. Ross, of Kuna, Idaho, officiating and the remains were laid to rest in the Meridian Cemetery. The large concourse of friends in attendance testified to the esteem in which the deceased was held in the community where she resided.
Maggie M. Callison was united in marriage to Ulysses S. Terry in Geneva, Fillmore Co., Nebraska on Dec.4, 1901. To this union three girls were born, Elsie Fay, age 5, Virl Blanche, age 3 and Caroline Alice, age 2, who with the husband survive the devoted wife and mother.
The family came to Idaho five years ago and two years later went to Washington to live, but after a residence there of 18 months, Mrs. Terry's failing health induced them to return to Idaho so that she might be with her family. Besides her father there were three brothers and one sister at the bedside when the death angel relieved her patient suffering.
The family are deeply grateful for the ministrations of the many friends who did everything possible to assuage thier sorrow.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Gumble Callison.
