Robert Eugene Eisenbarth, 89, of Ontario, Oregon, passed away of natural causes on 11/02/2012 at the Idaho Veterans Retirement Home in Boise.
He was born 03/30/1923 in Weldona, Colorado, to the late Fred and Christina (Schlepp) Eisenbarth. Bob was raised in Weiser, Idaho and after graduation joined the Navy during WWII, serving in the South Pacific.
He married the late Marie Youngblood and together they raised three children on a dairy farm in the Sunnyside area of Weiser.
Bob was preceded in death by his late wife, June Ward.
Bob will surely be missed by his entire family and his fishing and bridge partners. He was a true patriot who loved and served his country and his community.
Survivors include his son, Dr. Stephen Eisenbarth and his wife, Mary Lynn, of Waco, Texas; another son, Kenton Eisenbarth and his wife, JoAnn, of Boise; a daughter, Tamara, of Round Rock, Texas; and four brothers: Kenny, of Spokane, Washington, Jim, of Tonasket, Washington, Dick, of Weiser, and Fred, of Boise.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, Nov 10th, at 2 PM at Lienkaemper Chapel in Ontario, Oregon, Lynn Barrows officiating.
