Flowers left for Hugh Bond
I urge Marylanders everywhere to honor Judge Bond. He left us 120 years ago today. He did everything humanly possible to assure education and happy, successful lives for Maryland's African-American citizens. Please erect a memorial for Judge Bond, who is now in obscurity. And please make sure his beautiful home. Mount Royal, at 2001 Park Avenue, in Baltimore's Reservoir Hill district, will always be useful and well cared for and stand in beauty and dignity. Judge Bond, you are not forgotten!
