Flowers left for Anne Boleyn
Anne's birthday has never been established but most historian believe she was born in either 1501 or 1507. Her bones were exhumed in 1877 and after examination were placed in a wooden coffer which was then reburied with a plaque attached giving her name and dates of death. The majority of credible historians now believe that Anne was innocent of all charges brought against her and that the charges were merely the means Henry VIII used to kill his wife so he could marry Jane Seymour in hopes of having a son. It is also believed that Anne only had two miscarriages; the last on the day her nemesis, Katherine of Aragon (Henry's first wife) was buried.
