Flowers left for Glenard Duckworth
My grandfather also used to investigate railroad accidents (for Southern Pacific) just before & during World War II, at 1st in Oregon, then transferred to South Carolina & the East Coast to determine if they were sabotage or not. He never spoke of it until just before he died, in 1975. You were a man to be respected for performing such an important job for the security of our country. Here's hoping you have fun fishing in Heaven & catch fish to your heart's delight. I know you'll also see your little children that you lost so tragically when they were so young. I'm sure they were waiting for you at Heaven's Gate. What a joyous reunion that must have been! Rest In Peace, sir, and say Hi to my grandfather if you see him, please. I'm sure you'll be talking about trains and how his granddaughter loved to ride them when she was a little girl. God Speed. With Respect from Oregon,
- Kathie L. Webb Blair
