(Dorff) Moore.After leaving public school became court reporter and then reporter and editorial writer for Philadelphia Ledger for 12 year. He has held several positions under Phila. municipal gov't. He was chief Bur. of Mfrs., Dept. of Commerce and Labor, Wash., in 1905. Elected to unexpired term of 59th Congress and re-elected to 60th, 61st and 62nd Congresses.Clubs: Five O'Clock, Union League.Author: "Through the Tropics," etc. Married Adelaide Stone of Camden, N.
