 Correction to bio: George Albee enlisted as a Private in the 3rd Independent Battery, Wisconsin Light Artillery on Dec 23, 1863. He only served in this unit about 7 weeks, then was promoted and transferred as a 2nd Lt to Company F, 36th Wisconsin Infantry.
